We are trying to expand the Free Computer Help Chat Room by adding more volunteers and users.  Our plan is to have the chat running 24/7 so that users can receive free computer help / technical support at anytime of the day from anywhere in the world.

Need free computer help or advice?  Volunteer technicians are dedicated to providing high quality support.  The chat room has no advertisement, no registration, and no costs of any kind.  We plan on always keeping the chat free and non-profit, and believe quality support should be available to all for free.

Don’t demand help and please be patient-  We help a lot of people and keep in mind we are volunteering on our own time and not obligated to help.  We sometimes get outrageous requests.  If you are kind, respectful, and thankful receeving free computer help, you are MUCH more likely to get a free remote computer repair service.

3. Eugene Computer Geeks and the computer help volunteers are not responsible for any damage done to your computer. We have volunteers offering their help and advice with all levels of experience and skills.  Our technicians will always try their best to assist you, but we are not legally responsible to any damage done to your computer as the result of any advice or help you receive in the free computer help chat.
