Where Can I Chat To A Live Facebook Tech For Free?

Monday, July 2nd, 2012

Officially Facebook does not offer live support in any way, shape, or form.  They have NO online support chat, and Facebook does not have a customer service phone number where you can talk to a live person.  You can only call and leave a voice mail at 1+ (650) 543-4800, and very rarely does anyone get a call back.

Facebook does offer a message forum, and a “Help Center” which has answers to common questions.  (Similar to a FAQ page)

If you don’t find the help you need, scroll down below the chat, for information about another free computer help chat.
