The Microsoft Office 2013 will include the new versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and many other applications included in other office packs. They all come with a new and smarter design than all the Office suites that have come before it. This will work with PCs and tablets that run on Windows 7 or 8 as well as on Windows Phones.
Tight Integration with SkyDrive
With the Office 2013, all your saved files will now be saved on SkyDrive, although you have an option to change the save location. SkyDrive is the cloud storage solution of Microsoft, containing web versions of apps such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Because of this viewing, editing, and even creating Word
documents on a computer that do not have Microsoft installed is still possible.
Because of this integration, you will not have to use up space on your local storage. Plus, SkyDrive offers storage for free. Once you have downloaded and installed the new Office suite, it will immediately connect to your SkyDrive account.
