It's very annoying I know. First step is to go to your "add or remove programs" or "uninstall a program" in your Windows control panel and uninstall blekko. What web browser are you using? The whole thing with Blekko is that you can't use a malware removal tool or virus removal tool to get rid of it. You also can't just uninstall it. It makes changes to your browser's settings, so you have to actually change the settings. (don't worry its not hard). It also has been known to install tool bars / addons which needs to be disabled / uninstalled.

I can be much more help to you if you can tell me what version of Windows you have, and what web browsers you have installed.

Also, go to your WIndows Control Panel and go to "Add or remove programs", and uninstall Blekko if its listed.(It's probably not)
